JOB DUTIES: Administer and optimize ThoughtSpot clusters, handling software upgrades, node management, security configurations, and backup/snapshot policies to ensure system reliability and data integrity. Automate and streamline Linux and Windows server operations using Bash, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform in both on-premises and AWS cloud environments. Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure services, including EC2, SSM, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch, using Terraform, AWS CLI, and AWS Console for efficient cloud resource management. Build and maintain containerized environments and CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD to enhance deployment automation and reliability. Implement monitoring and observability solutions with tools like Dynatrace OneAgent, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack/Loki, Splunk, OpenTelemetry, and Catchpoint to detect anomalies and improve system performance. Work under supervision. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.
EDUCATION Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ IS/Engineering (any) or closely related field with Six (6) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or Developer or Engineer or closely related field.
EXPERIENCE Experience of Six (6) months working with Linux Systems Administration is required. Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within USA. International travel is not required. The frequency of travel is currently not known as it depends on the client and project requirement that cannot be currently anticipated. Employer provides Information technology services to various clients in USA and hence implementing projects will require such travel.
